YSS Crawlers Narrowing the Bruiser Rear Axle!

Using the RC4WD 12mm Hex conversion kit for Tamiya Bruiser 2012, I have modify my Bruiser's rear axle narrowed!

1. This picture is what you will be end up if you just install the conversion kit.

2. Nicely installed. No hussle, very good!

3. I decided to narrow, 1.0cm each sides of axle.

4. Pin size is 2mm, so I will drill hole to axle shaft 2mm!

5. Done drilling the hole, sucessfully pin is installed!

6. I will have to cut down the axle case!

7. I did! Using the saw maybe the best way to cut down!

8. I also cut the alum parts just next to bearing.

9. Everything looks good!

10. Also, I needed to cut down the 12mm hex, like 5mm cut.

11. Installed!

12. Front and rear axle width seem to be just the same width!

13. No problems!

14. Need spacers to tighten the wheels. I used 2 of 850 bearings, but not enough, need little bit more spacers.

15. All done! Looks so great!!
